Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food items, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
